Former rugby player sets up Green Winemaking Charter

Bordeaux wine consultant Olivier Dauga is launching a Green Winemaking Charter for producers in the region.

Dauga, a former professional rugby player with more than 30 clients in Bordeaux, wants winemakers to be more environmentally friendly.
