Sauvignon.com is wine with a message that is to encourage people who care about the environment to take the necessary steps to preserve the precious resources of the planet for future generations (so I will make sure I recycle the bottle). As for the wine itself, it has a brilliant lemon- lime colour and a complex with an blend of tropical fruit, ripe figs and gooseberries.

Tastes like a Reserva perhaps from aging in American Oak. Delicious, creamy vanilla oak flavours with wonderful rich raspberry and strawberry fruit.

An incredible deep colour with a very perfumed and aromatic nose. Lots of red fruits and pepper. Full bodied with slightly grainy tannins, but great complexity.

This barrel fermented Semillon makes a round white that's refreshing and crisp, but fully ripe, which is very pleasant.
