The Pinotage Rosé 2011is an easy drinking, refreshing rosé with raspberry and boiled sweet flavours. The Pinotage 2010 has upfront strawberry, red cherry and raspberry fruit flavours. The Chenin Blanc 2011 is fresh and fruity wine is bursting with tropical fruit aromas, gooseberry and green apple with hints of minerality. The Cabernet Sauvignon 2010 has typical cassis and black berry fruit lingers on the aroma. The Shiraz 2009 is medium bodied wine has fresh raspberry and black cherry aromas, complimented by dark chocolate notes. And finally, the Sauvignon Blanc 2011 is a lively wine full of fresh tropical fruit and ripe fig with notes of flinty, green, grassy flavours.
